Fair Voting BC is organizing two events for the New Year:
1) A Citizens' Assembly Ceremony to commemorate the 5th anniversay of the first meeting of BC's Citizens' Assembly on Electoral Reform. This event is free of charge but space is limited. Conference registrants and Citizens' Assembly members are guaranteed space. Seats will be made available to others based on availability in early January
- - If SOLD OUT call Shoni at (604) 720-0541 to be put on a wait list.
2) A Conference of former assembly members and grassroots supporters from around the province. Presentations and workshops will remind everyone what STV is, what the assembly was and discuss how we can spread the word throughout the province about the upcoming referendum on May 12, 2009. Tickets must be purchased for this event (and include a free ticket to the Citizen's Assembly 5th Anniversay Ceremony).
3) Dinner Saturday night at Steamworks in downtown Vancouver. Tickets must be purchased for this event. Includes a cash bar. SOLD OUT in the Main Hall! But we do have some ATRIUM Dinner tickets: some overflow seats in the ATRIUM. Guests in the atrium can move into the main room during the speech.
ONE-DAY RATE: If you are interested in attending for just one day, please use the discount code box and put in the day you plan to attend, either Saturday or Sunday.
Student rates also apply to others on a limited income, including seniors.
Please choose the approriate tickets for conference attendance and/or Saturday dinner.
